Alexandra Buckle has been designing and making jewellery and tiaras since she graduated in 2004. Her designs range from the those that are delicate and intricate such as her scrollwork earrings and pendents, to much bolder, striking work such as her sculptural rings and head adornment. The inspiration for her work comes from studying structures that are man made, such as architecture and wrought iron, and structures found in nature such as flower shapes and butterfly wings. Alexandra transforms her drawings of these structures into beautiful Sterling silver jewellery. Her work is unique and is designed to make the wearer feel exclusive.

PR exec turned designer, Emily Cheetham, realised a lifelong ambition when she established her accessories label, Cheet, in late 2002. In just a few years, her striking handbags have enchanted all those who’ve discovered the boutique label. Vogue.com heralded her as a ‘hot new name in bag design’ while a five star resort in Mustique became one of her first stockists. Celebrities clutching their ‘Cheets’ include Keira Knightley, Natascha McElhone, Margo Stilley and GMTV’s Jenni Falconer & Clare Nasir. Gethin Jones (Blue Peter), rugby player Will Greenwood and GMTV's Ben Shepherd all wear their CAD by Cheet designs.
Interest in the label continues to mount and last year the London Fashion Forum awarded her as the Best Accessories Designer, sponsored by UK retailer HOBBs . A capsule collection, called ‘Cheet for HOBBs ’ was subsequently commissioned for the Autumn/Winter 2006/7 season.
For 2007, Emily is excited to be turning her hand to designing bags & accessories for men, following an invitation to become a Designer @ Debenhams. Her inaugural collection, under the new label, Cad by Cheet, launched in 20 Debenhams stores across the UK and Ireland in April 2007.
Emily’s flair for detailing has become a signature of the Cheet look. With each new collection, she experiments with adding contemporary nuances and features to classically designed bags. Each piece becomes individually compelling but most importantly, very wearable. And beautifully different is now proud to stock this great designers work.
